We are helping our client in their search for a Lead Software Engineer to join their rapidly growing engineering team. You will be joining a fun, intelligent, small but lean team. You will have the opportunity own features, plan and strategize for the future of the company/product and grow a team under you.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of engineering experience
- Full stack engineer but backend leaning (Python, or Rails)
- Background in the finance industry with exposure to building features for trading, capital markets and more.
- Lead the design and development of the system & application architecture, distributed systems, and cloud infrastructure
- Comfortable being hands-on in the code while growing in your career into management
- Previous banking background is a plus
- Previous startup is a plus
Package:
- Salary - $215,000 - $235,000
